When a person first is introduced to politics it is important to remain as neutral as possible in the beginning. The decision to affiliate with a party is based on personal beliefs and morals. The way that people treat one another once they become politicians is of the utmost importance. When the next president comes into office, it is important that he/she treats others with respect. Alexander Djerassi is a very respectful person. As people begin their journeys into deciding which way they politically swing, it can be beneficial to take a class. If one is in college, taking a political science class, that is by law, unbiased, can help structure a future opinion. By educating oneself on a matter that is challenging and might not be agreeable to one’s individual beliefs, it is possible to grow a deeper understanding of what politics really is.
