Once in a while, you may find that you forgot to brush your teeth before bedtime or even went some days without brushing! Based on survey results from Hive Business, 30% of people have also admitted they have forgotten to brush their teeth sometimes.

Forgetting to brush your teeth is not a pleasant habit and it can be incredibly damaging to your health. Someone might think skipping brushing sessions can be substituted by using mint and mouthwash instead. This thought is false because you develop more cavities or tender and swollen gums without the stimulation of brushing.
