What is your “Why”, “What” and “How”?

Lately I hear a lot of people talking about their “why”?

So today I decided I’m going to challenge you and myself to identify my Why”, “What” and “How” when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

I keep some specific thoughts where I can see them every day about my work.  So today, I’m going think about and write down my “why”, “what” and “how”in reference to my fitness and healthy eating and putting it where I can see it daily.

So today, I want you and I to write down the answers to these questions:

Why are we putting effort into fitness and wellness?

What ways will our life be different when we put a greater emphasis on health and fitness?

How are we going to include health and fitness into our lifestyle on a daily and weekly basis?

So be specific, write it down and keep it where you’ll see it and let’s get to work.
My guess is that if we will do this, we will be more focused, have more success and notice an improvement in our lives.
